LLV Travel and Tours was established in 2010 and has been providing group trips to places near and far.
We are registered under the State of New York and maintain Travel Agency Error and Omission Insurance. LLV Travel and Tours is geared to provide you a personalized, well-planned, affordable, stress free vacation!! We want you to have YOUR VACATION, YOUR WAY!!!
We offer international and domestic vacation packages, cruises, tours, hotels & resorts and event tickets to concerts, sporting events, Broadway plays and more!! Don’t stress let LLV Travel and Tours plan the rest!!! DISCLAIMER: LLV Travel and Tours, Lisha Manning, Lisha Vialet Manning, Dancin’ Doug Travel, DDT, CSI hereafter referred to as "Tour Operator," and its affiliated entities and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. Because "Tour Operator" does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, "Tour Operator" assumes no responsibility for, and can not be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.
LLV Travel and Tours will not be responsible for any accidents involving bodily injury or death, property damage, charges of libel, slander, arrest, detention or imprisonment incurred while traveling during an event sponsored and/or booked by LLV travel and Tours. By sending this form in, you agree to not hold LLV Travel and Tours (or any other DDT entity), responsible for any errors or omissions relating to this event. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance during your travels.
